Details: 2.5 hours outside of Berlin (Near Magdeburg, Germany)
Dates: Begins on Thursday Nov 19th 12:00, lasts until Sunday Nov 22th 18:00

Cost:
Low Income: 220€
Normal Ticket: 300€
Supporter: 370 - 400€

These prices are not finalized and may change before the event to reflect the current prices of the castle. (Could be +30/50 more)

Payment Policy:
♢ The payment window will open 4 months before the event in July/August.
★ We will also be able to give refunds to those who cancel Until October 11th, and partial refunds until October 25th.
♢ If you sign up here we expect you to pay for your ticket within the window or communicate you cannot attend as soon as you know.

Low Income:
★ If you choose a major lead role you will be given priority for low income tickets.
♢ We will confirm how many low income tickets can be awarded closer to the payment deadline.
★ Low income tickets are a way for us to allow less financially fortunate and marginalized players to attend, when you apply you may be contacted to explain why you have requested this ticket option.

Previous Attendance:
♢ This LARP is a stand alone event, you do not have to have been present for the past years.
★ It is also suitable for new LARPers as a first event.
♢ Usually around 30 % of players are new.

Collaborative Organization Style Burn LARP:
★ We organize this event together, every attendee helps make it happen by joining a team.
♢ We will organize through use of Discord and organization will begin at the end of July.
★ You will be contacted by email about joining a team around 4 months before the event.
